My educational work is designed to support whoever is serious about growing their own food, either commercially or for subsistence.
There are three ways we can learn together: by joining an upcoming field course, by hosting a tailored training on your own land, or by purchasing my online video-courses.
Throughout the year, I facilitate hands-on courses covering soil microbiology, regenerative market gardening, and successional agroforestry. These are hosted at OrtoForesta and at partner farms across Italy.
The sessions are designed for both home growers wanting true self-sufficiency and professional farmers looking to refine their biological management.
Join an upcoming Course
With the objective of disseminating the ideas and practices of agroecology, I partner with commercial farms, communities, and educational projects to design and facilitate hands-on training directly on their soil.
Having facilitated over 100 courses and field days, I do not teach rigid formulas. We adapt the curriculum to the specific reality of your land and the people working it.

Host a Course on your Land
For those who cannot join us in the field, I have partnered with the team at OrtoForesta to produce a series of comprehensive, highly practical video courses.
Some of these are theoretical lectures, some are field workshops that have been filmed.
Designed to be studied at your own pace, the courses provide step-by-step technical guidance on establishing a no-dig system, designing agroforestry systems, managing soil microbiology, and applying regenerative practices to your own context.
